Functional fitness training for 5-11 year olds, encouraging teamwork, confidence and improving their strength and skills.
£7 per session (PAYG) or £35 for the 6 week course.

Toilets
There are toilets on site - however are locked, please ensure your child has been to the toilet before start as will need to be accompanied by and adult.
Behaviour
We are creating an inclusive environment for kids, we want them to get the most out of their session (See full behaviour policy below)
Weather
Sessions will go ahead, regardless of the weather (unless considered dangerous)
Pick Up
You may leave your child with us, if you choose to leave them, they should be collected from the gate to the field

Rise Youth Training – Terms and Conditions
Effective from: 1st June 2025
Welcome to Rise Youth Training (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants aged 5–16 and their parents/guardians. By enrolling a child in our sessions, you agree to abide by these terms, which cover bookings, behaviour, complaints, safeguarding, and medical care.
1. Booking Terms
1.1 Eligibility
Rise Youth Training is open to children aged 5 to 16. Parents/guardians must complete all necessary registration forms before a child can participate.
1.2 Payments
Payment is accepted via bank transfer only. Booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Bank details will be provided during the registration process.
1.3 Cancellations & Refunds
- Bookings are currently non refundable unless we fill your childs slot.
1.4 Attendance
Please notify us if your child cannot attend a booked session. Repeated unexplained absences may result in the review of your child’s place.
2. Behaviour Policy (for Ages 5–11)
We aim to foster a safe, inclusive and positive environment where all children feel valued.
2.1 Expectations
Children are expected to:

Show kindness and respect to others

Participate safely and positively in activities

Keep hands, feet and objects to themselves
2.2 Unacceptable Behaviour
Includes:

Bullying (verbal or physical)

Disruptive or dangerous behaviour

Violence or aggression

Refusal to comply with safety instructions
2.3 Our Approach
We use age-appropriate responses:

A calm reminder of expectations
-
A verbal warning and short time out
-
A discussion with the child and notification to parent

Ongoing issues may result in a child being asked to take a break from sessions
We encourage open communication with parents to support positive behaviour together.
3. Safeguarding and Child Supervision
3.1 Commitment to Safety
We take child protection seriously. While we currently do not have a formal Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), all team members are trained in basic safeguarding and first aid.
3.2 Supervision
Children may be left in our care during sessions. If a known parent or guardian is remaining on-site and you wish to hand over responsibility, please notify a team member. Responsibility must be clearly understood and agreed by all parties.
3.3 Reporting Concerns
Any safeguarding concerns will be acted on promptly and reported to the appropriate authority if necessary.
4. Medical Treatment and Emergencies
4.1 First Aid & Minor Injuries
We will:

Provide first aid for cuts, bruises, grazes and other minor injuries

Apply plasters and basic dressings where appropriate

Inform parents/guardians at pick-up or via phone if needed
4.2 Emergency Medical Attention
In a serious or urgent situation, we will:

Call emergency services

Notify the parent/guardian immediately

Act in the best interests of the child until help arrives
4.3 Medical Information
Parents must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration.
5. General Terms
5.1 Lost Property
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions. Please ensure all items are clearly labelled.
5.2 Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Personal data will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of administering sessions and safeguarding children.
5.3 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted on our official communication channels.
